Contact officer training
Contact officers play a key role in workplaces, acting as “go-to” staff members who assist employees experiencing discrimination, bullying, or harassment.
Now widely incorporated across government, business, and community sectors as a proactive measure in preventing discrimination, bullying, and harassment, contact officers can help to create a positive workplace culture.
Our training uses scenario-based learning with case study examples inspired by real life situations. These scenarios are drawn from our own investigation and conciliation service, so that your staff receive an authentic and relevant training experience.
