The Australian Human Rights Commission has received an application from CJC Operations Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Curves.

Exemption application under the Age Discrimination Act
The Australian Human Rights Commission has received an exemption application from Carnival plc (trading as Carnival Australia) under the Age Discrimination Act 2004 (Cth) .
Carnival seeks to restrict the participation of persons under the age of 19 on its cruises-ships departing an Australian port between 1 November and 7 January annually, unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
