What you will learn
This course will benefit managers and employees who want to ensure their workplace is safe and free from racism and racial discrimination.
Outcomes include:
- increased knowledge of what racism is, both as a concept and an experience
- understanding the context of race and racism in Australia, including the Racial Discrimination Act.
- greater awareness of the impacts of racism.
- tools and strategies for tackling racial discrimination in the workplace.
- guidance for effective bystander action.
Self-paced e-learning
This course is delivered online and takes 2–3 hours to complete. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end.
