What you will learn

This course will benefit managers and employees who want to ensure their workplace is safe and free from racism and racial discrimination.

Outcomes include:

  • increased knowledge of what racism is, both as a concept and an experience
  • understanding the context of race and racism in Australia, including the Racial Discrimination Act.
  • greater awareness of the impacts of racism.
  • tools and strategies for tackling racial discrimination in the workplace.
  • guidance for effective bystander action.

Self-paced e-learning

This course is delivered online and takes 2–3 hours to complete. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end.

The cost is $100 (+GST) per person, with discounts available.
