Subject:	Captioning for hearing impaired. 

Dear Sir/Madam, 
There are many, many hearing impaired people in our society.  I feel that it is reasonable for cinemas 
to be required to caption a certain number of movies.  As an audiologist I have a client nearly every 
day that complains that they can’t hear at the cinema.  
Please uphold the rights of people with disabilities, hearing loss may be hidden but it is still a very 
debilitating and isolating disability for a lot of people.
