Hi there,
My name is Brian Boyce

I have a friend who is an avid film fan and writer of screenplays who is also partially deaf. 
It is extremely important for deaf people to be able to enjoy films with the option of captions.
 
I strongly oppose the exemption that the Cinema industry has applied for from the Disability 
Discrimination Act in relation to captioning for the next two and a half years. 
I hope my voice will be heard and not fall on deaf ears.
