Subject:	loss of captioning in cinemas

To Whom It May Concern:
Subtitles are available on DVDs so I see no reason that captioning should not be available 
for movies in cinemas.  This allows all people with a hearing loss to access movies as the 
movies are released rather than waiting for the DVD.  I don’t believe the cinemas should be 
exempt from the captioning laws.
