To whom it may concern
I wish to complain about the Cinema Industry applying for an exemption from the Disability 
Discrimination Act in relation to captioning for the next two and a half years.
Please do not disadvantage Deaf and hard of hearing people by not captioning movies. This large 
group of people cannot understand a movie without captioning. Can you image if we still had silent 
movies today. The movie industry would not have survived until this day.

Deaf and hard of hearing Australians have the right to this basic necessity so please do not discriminate 
against them..............  They need our help and support not discrimination.
