Subject:	Opposed to Exemption for Cinemas regarding Captioning

Hi,

I'm an Audiologist and I have many clients- adults and children- that
require and enjoy the captions at the movies. Its very unfair to
restrict the captioning available considering its not readily
available at the moment. I've always felt that there need to be more
captioning available not less. Hearing is an invisible and quite often
ignore disability, the cinemas would never dream of restricting access
for those with the more obvious physical or intellectual disabilities
such as people in wheelchairs by eliminating ramps.

Therefore, I'm writing the oppose the exemption that the Cinemas are
proposing for the next 2.5 years for reducing captioning at the movies.
