To Whom It May Concern:

I feel that it is highly discriminatory to not provide captions at movie cinemas
for hearing impaired members of our population. Not everyone has the
opportunity or ability to hear the punch line of a joke, or to hear softly spoken
dialogue whilst effect music is played over the top. Taking away captions
means that old and young hearing impaired members of our population miss
out. That’s just not fair.
