Subject:	Cinema Industry exemption from the Disability Discrimination Act in 
relation to captioning 

To whom it may concern,

I wish to object to the application of the Cinema Industry for an exemption from the Disability 
Discrimination Act in relation to captioning for the next two and a half years.

As someone who works with hearing impaired people, I strongly feel that reducing the access to 
captioned movies puts this group of people at a serious disadvantage.
