I wish to oppose the application of the Cinema Industry – Hoyts, Reading, Village and Greater 
Union in relation to their application for exemption from the Disability Discrimination Act, in 
relation to captioning movies.

We, the deaf; the hearing impaired rely on captioned movies and frequent access to the 
captioned movies.   Often movies are not fully captioned and we reserve the right to complain 
about lack of captioning if it occurs.

Please help us preserve the right to complain and block the application of exemption from the 
Disability Discrimination Act.
