I have just received news of the the recent application made by Village 
Roadshow,Greater Union, Hoyts and Reading Cinemas requesting exemption 
from the Disability Discrimination Act for a period of two and a half years. This is 
a shocking application especially within the context of 2009 . I am an Occupational 
Therapist professionally committed to promoting fulll  access to all community 
acitivity for all people, and the facilitation of engagement for people  with all forms 
of disability and challenges to engagement . 
This is an appalling application and must be strongly countered. If it is granted i will 
certainly be boycotting the above organsiations
