Subject:	Exemption from the Disability Act


To whom it may concern

I am strongly opposed to The Cinema Industry having an exemption from the 
Disability Discrimination Act in relation to captioning for the next two and a half 
years.

The deaf and hearing impaired can only see captioned movies at restricted 
venues and ridiculous hours and the number of times a week. 

It is long overdue to have full time captioning.
