Subject:	Cinema Industry

I object to the Cinema Industry being exempt from the disability act. That is just plain 
discrimination that they will not put captions on their films, with hearing loss being the second 
most common disability in elderly adults. Also 3/1000 children by the age of 18 are expected to 
have a hearing loss.
