Captioning should be available at all cinemas frequently.It is unfair that the deaf or hard of 
hearing are unable to enjoy movies on a regular basis,and it is discrimitry to not allow them 
to voice their opinion.I won't attend films untill this is corrected and nor will my friends.I am 
not a member of the deaf community but believe in their rights.
