To whom it may concern
Re: Cinema Industry application for an exemption from the Disability Discrimination Act in relation 
to captioning
I think it is a disgrace that cinemas can consider postponing captioning. 
The discrimination act is there to avoid discrimination occurring as such all companies, cinemas 
included, should have to comply!
Its not that we are asking for all movies to be captioned, in fact the captioning that may go ahead is 
still tiny when compared to the number of movie sessions running.
This extension should not be allowed!
