To whom it may concern, 
 
Captioning is so important to the deaf community, without it you limit who can go to cinema, 
the same as if you refused to put in a ramp or a lift for somebody in a wheel chair. It 
ensures that the deaf community  can be part of the general population. Deafness is one of 
the most common disabilities (at least 1 in 1000 live births) and should be acknowledged 
and appropriate facilities provided for.
