Subject:	Rights of Deaf People

I wish to protest the proposed exemption for the next 2.5 years for all cinemas from the need to provide 
captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing. This represents a huge disappointment and reduction of 
enjoyment for many of us who rely on captioning. Please do not even consider removal of this obligation. 
Try going without something you have come to rely on and see how hard it is! Especially when there are 
few other options open to you.
