To Whom it May Concern,  
 
I oppose the current proposal for Cinemas to be exempt from captioning. All people, Deaf or hearing, 
should have access to entertainment through cinema enjoyment. Captioning is a simple and inexpensive 
way for cinemas to ensure movies are available to all Australian's.
