Subject:	exemption to cinema industry

To whom it may concern, 
 
I am emailing to oppose the exemption to the cinema Industry from the Disability Discrimination Act.
 
I work with clients who are Deaf, also with other disabilities, who without captioning will be unable to go the 
movies. These clients all work full time and look forward to there weekends when they can go see a movie. 
 
For these clients, one of whom is a huge movie fan, being unable to see movies until they are on DVD is 
unacceptable.
 
I hope that when making your decision on this matter you take my clients and the many Deaf in Melbourne 
into consideration.
