To Whom It May Concern, 
Given the number of hearing impaired clients I see on a regular basis who complain of 
activity limitiations such as Cinema enjoyment, I strongly oppose this exemption. 
  
Many clients find it difficult to discern dialogue from background effects and many 
remove their hearing aids due to loudness discomfort. Captions are requuired.
