Dear Sir/Madame 
 
The Cinema industry should not be granted an exemption from the Disability Discrimination Act in 
relation to captioning.
 
Captioning is one important way that people with hearing losses are able to more fully participate in life 
and enjoy the simple pleasures taken for granted by normal hearing people.
