To whom it may concern,
As an educator of chidren who are deaf I think it appalling that these children cannot 
access movies in the same way as their hearing peers.
Students with a hearing impairment need to have access to pop/youth culture to 
enable them to feel connected to their hearing cousins and friends.
Currently they have to wait until the films have moved to DVD (if captioned) or go to 
the films with their friends and miss whatever meaning is delivered through the 
dialogue.
Captioned films should be available at times when most people want to go to the 
movies.
