Pathways to Resolution: The conciliation process of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission.
"An important role of the Commission is to administer Australia's federal human rights and anti-discrimination law. These laws allow people to make complaints to the Commission, for example, if they feel they have been treated unfairly because they are a person of a particular race or sex, or they have a disability," the President said.
"This video/DVD provides useful information about the conciliation process for people who have made, or are thinking about making a complaint to the Commission and people or organisations that have had complaints made against them."
