About the 2025 nomination

Charlotte is a disability advocate raising awareness about the value of inclusive employment. She has co-facilitated self-advocacy workshops and shares her voice on national and international platforms, including the United Nations World Down Syndrome Day celebrations.

Charlotte is also the spokesperson for the national Right to Work campaign for people with disability to be paid fairly in employment.

Working 2 jobs, as an office assistant and in hospitality, Charlotte proves that people with disability can thrive in a range of roles.
