About the complaint
The complainant is a woman and asked for a ‘fade’ haircut at the respondent barbershop. She alleged a staff member told her they did not cut women’s hair and she should go to a hairdresser.
The owner of the company said it does offer women ‘fade’ haircuts and undertook to remind staff across its shops that they do cut women’s hair. The owner offered to cut the complainant’s hair personally.
The complainant considered her complaint resolved based on the information and undertakings provided by the company.
