Meet the Equality at Work Employer Network
Organisations creating equal employment opportunities for people with disability.
Embodying Equality in Employment
Our Equality at Work Employer Network brings together organisations that want to improve job opportunities and experiences for people with disability.
Network members are taking part in pilot programs that test practical ways to make workplaces more inclusive. These pilots look at real‑world solutions in four main areas:
- building strong leadership and career pathways
- supporting meaningful participation in the community
- improving workplace systems and support
- expanding equal opportunities in open employment
Together, these organisations are helping shape long‑lasting ways to include people with disability in the workforce. The findings and next steps from these pilots will be shared in the Equality at Work evaluation.
This page also highlights the IncludeAbility Employer Network, which was an earlier group of 17 organisations from the public and private sectors. These employers showed strong commitment to creating accessible and inclusive workplaces, and to offering real, meaningful jobs for people with disability. Their leadership helped lay the foundations for the work we are continuing today.
