On 18 December 2015 the Commission granted a limited, conditional, temporary exemption to the Commonwealth and certain ADEs.
The Commission is still considering the second application for an exemption, for the period from 30 April 2015 to 18 December 2015. The Commission hopes to make a decision on that application in late January.
