Race discrimination Resource 15 July 2026

Summary

This behavior change campaign seeks to increase awareness of racism in workplaces and inspire supervisors and workers to take action to address racism in their workplaces.

This page contains a range of downloadable digital assets to help organisations support the campaign by promoting the campaign in their workplaces and through their professional and personal networks.

9 faces of people from diverse cultural backgrounds surround text which reads: Change the system. Change the story.

Below are digital assets from our Change the system. Change the story. campaign.

You’re welcome to download and share these assets on your organisation’s social media channels and/or intranet. We also encourage you to share these assets with people and organisations in your networks.

Please note

  • We've categorised assets by using descriptions based on the ethnicity, religion and/or nationality of people featured in the campaign. We acknowledge that people could identify with several of these categories, as well as others that haven’t been identified. We also acknowledge that any descriptors are simplistic and cannot capture someone’s background or heritage. The categories we've used align with the Seen & Heard project.
  • We’ve produced an amplification kit which contains messaging and text which you can use in conjunction with any of the below assets.
  • Versions of posters are available which can be adapted for your workplace by including your organisation’s logo on the poster.
  • Videos available are in 1:1 (square) format. For 16:9 (landscape) and 9:16 (portrait) formats, please contact our Strategic Communications team: communications@humanrights.gov.au
