- the administration of Commonwealth laws and programs.
What is a standard?
Standards are legally binding regulations set by:
- The Attorney-General under an Act
- or a law made by the Parliament of Australia.
What is a guideline?
We write guidelines to help people and organisations understand their rights and comply with their responsibilities under an Act or an accompanying Standard.
