There's nothing casual about racism
Introducing our new anti-racism campaign
Many of you told us that racism is so common that it feels ‘casual’. That’s why we’ve updated our national anti-racism campaign — to tackle this issue head on: There’s nothing casual about racism.
We need to take collective action to tackle racism wherever it occurs, from the smallest interactions to where it continues in our laws, policies and systems. As our campaign continues to develop and unfold it will:
- Amplify expertise, in particular from First Nations and other communities experiencing racism
- Create information, tools and resources for our supporters and the broader public to combat racism
- Motivate and support the public to take action against racism
