The complainant said she resigned but asked to retain one shift per fortnight to assist a particular client of the service. She alleged her request was denied despite other nurses having similar arrangements.
The service denied the allegations but agreed to participate in conciliation.
The complaint was resolved with an agreement that the service pay the complainant $3,000.
