Online training

These training modules aim to help employers and employees better understand the benefits of employing older people, and highlight practical ways of working with older employees to foster engagement and retention. Participants gain a deeper awareness of the nature of age discrimination in employment and learn practical ways of managing and working within a multigenerational workforce. 

The training is divided into five modules which you are free to complete in your own time and at your own pace. 

The modules are: 

• What do the stats say? 
• What are your rights as an older worker? 
• What are your responsibilities as an employer? 
• Can you afford not to employ older workers? 
• Harnessing the power of older workers in a multigenerational workforce
