Respect@Work Information Service
This service is a national, trauma-informed support providing details about workplace sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination.
It can help:
- explain your rights and responsibilities under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 and related laws
- discuss whether you can make a complaint to us or another organisation
- guide you on how to make or respond to a complaint to the Commission
refer you to other services, such as legal or counselling support.
