Submission to the Independent Review of Australia's COVID Policy Response

This is a submission from Australia's Human Rights Commissioner, Lorraine Finlay, to the Independent Review of Australia's COVID Policy Response. It a) deals with the impacts of the pandemic and of the pandemic response; b) analyses positive and negative aspects of the response; c) provides recommendations for future pandemic planning; d) highlights that the pandemic is ongoing and urges all Australian Governments to review their pandemic planning.
