Contact officer training
Contact officers play a key role in workplaces as "go-to" staff members who assist employees experiencing discrimination, bullying, or harassment. Generally, contact officers are not human resources staff or managers as these roles may conflict with the responsibilities of a contact officer.
Contact officers can help to create a positive workplace culture as a proactive measure in preventing discrimination, bullying, and harassment. For this reason, contact officer programs are widely incorporated across government, business, and community sectors.
Our training uses scenario-based learning with case study examples inspired by real life situations. These scenarios are drawn from our own investigation and conciliation service, so that your staff receive an authentic and relevant training experience.
