Upholding the rights of older workers
This series of six eLearning modules aims to increase understanding of the rights of older workers and the benefits of employing older people within a multigenerational workforce. The modules provide information about the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers and highlight practical ways of working with older employees to foster engagement and retention.
