Training overview
The Commission’s Understanding workplace sexual harassment eLearning course is informed by our recent Respect@Work: National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces report. This course aims to enhance your understanding of the nature, drivers and impacts of workplace sexual harassment.
This self-paced eLearning course takes 2-3 hours to complete.
Key learning outcomes
Increased understanding of:
• the nature and prevalence of workplace sexual harassment in Australian workplaces
• the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers in relation to workplace sexual harassment
• the causes and contributors to workplace sexual harassment
• the impacts workplace sexual harassment may have on individuals and workplaces.
Cost
$59+GST per person. Minimum 10 people.
