Sexual harassment prevention training
New Respect@Work legislation now requires all employers to take active measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This includes providing relevant education and training for all employees.
The legislation is based on the Australian Human Rights Commission’s hugely influential Respect@Work project, as well as other advocacy we’ve undertaken to prevent workplace sexual harassment. So more than anyone, we know how to help employers create workplaces where team members can work together effectively and respectfully.
All our courses are suitable for large corporations, small and medium sized businesses, government departments and agencies, and not-for-profit and community organisations. Meet good practice standards by ensuring your team members have the knowledge and skills to create a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace with our courses.
