Phase One of the Review focuses specifically on ADFA. This report contains four chapters and 31 recommendations. These recommendations build on reform processes begun in the late 1990s and identify further, significant areas for change.</p> -

Appendix F – Diversity of the Cadet Body at ADFA
<p><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;">The ADFA Attitude Surveys consist of two questionnaires administered at the beginning and end of Year One Familiarisation Training (YOFT) to first year cadets each year from 2004-2009. Some demographic data about the makeup of first year cadets was collected for the purposes of the Surveys, though this was not collected in a consistent way each year.</span></p> -
