Her research addresses a number of areas relevant to social justice issues at work, including sexual harassment and other forms of gender-based discrimination, the early work experiences of young people and work-life boundaries. Paula has published several studies in the area of workplace sexual harassment. -

Independent Review of the Intelligence Community Submission (2011)

The Commission recognises the efforts of various agencies to protect our community and appreciates the attendant challenges. However, many of the activities of intelligence agencies have an impact on the enjoyment of fundamental human rights. Consequently, it is important that there is external periodic review of the intelligence community.
